I asked my realtor and several other contacts who would they recommend and Residential Roofing Services came highly recommended. We reached out to them and got a free estimate and also had gutters installed. These guys are top notch and do the job right. It's hard to find a good roofing contractor now days but I got lucky and found these guys. We've had experience with other roofing companies in the past doing substandard work and using rejected shingles from the manufacturer. Our biggest issue with not selecting other roofers was they all wanted our paperwork from the insurance company and quoted to what the insurance was, not what it cost to do the job. They all had the creepy car salesman vibe to them.

All except Scott. Scott treated us like we were friends. Like someone you would know from church. He showed us what would be best for our home and pointed out areas that needed flashing and extra protection from ice and snow. He quoted us a price that gave us the best roof and value for our budget.

Crew was fast, and left the surrounding area cleaner than when they got here. It took about 2 days from start to finish because of some weather. All our questions were answered as they came up with detail and clarity.
